The hotel has luxurious and modern facilities to meet business travelers' needs. the staff is approachable and attentive. For instance, Minh's help and guidance in selecting and carrying a beautiful bouquet for my son's wife's parents were impressive. the attractive location also provides plenty of local attractions and activities to enjoy.
The coffee could have been served hotter at breakfast time.

The hotel had a good location and it was well equipped. One of the best things about my stay was the helpfulness of the reception staff. They helped us with finding a flower shop and carried our arrangement back to the hotel.
The coffee at breakfast was unacceptable; it was cold, and it was not refilled quickly.

We loved this hotel! The luxurious hotel facilities were outstanding and the cleanliness was superb. The staff, especially Minh, went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. They even assisted us in finding a florist and took care of the flowers until we were ready to leave. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel had modern facilities and luxury standards which were good. the receptionist Minh was very helpful and took us to a florist. He also carried the bouquet back to the hotel which was convenient for us.
The coffee at breakfast was not kept hot which was a shame. the weekend stay was not enjoyable as the hotel lacked vibrant surroundings and social activities around the area.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were highly impressed with our experience. the location was perfect, offering easy access to various attractions and amenities. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, particularly Minh at the reception. He went above and beyond to assist us with our needs, even taking us to a florist and personally carrying the bouquet back to the hotel. The level of service provided was truly outstanding.
We would highly recommend this hotel to all.
